CANCELLATIONS DUE TO BAD WEATHER

If the weather forecast for the event does not allow an outdoor party to proceed, we will move the event to a dry, undercover location. There are no surcharges or fees for changing location as long as the new location is within 25km of the original location. The show must go on! ​

If you choose to completely cancel or reschedule your party due to bad weather, below cancellation policies apply.

USUAL CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULES

Cancellation with more than 2 weeks notice

If you need to cancel or reschedule the party for any reason with more than 2 weeks notice you will receive a full refund or free reschedule.

Cancellation with less than 2 weeks notice

If you need to cancel the event with less than 2 weeks notice you will receive a refund minus a 35% deposit of your party cost (the deposit does not include any travel costs).

If you choose to reschedule with less than 2 weeks notice you will need to pay a 35% rescheduling fee. 

 

Cancellation within 48 hours

If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of the party, no refund will be given.
